When following a keto diet it's important to fuel well with. Chia puddings are very simple to throw together. I used full fat coconut milk for a more indulgent pudding, but I have also used a lighter flax milk that works perfectly. Try to get this in the fridge the night before for the best texture.

- Découper les abricots, plaquez les sur la parois du verre, ajouter les graines de chia.
